Offers one-to-one support and outreach to youth and their families living in South Surrey and White Rock. Outreach team visits areas frequented by youth to build relationships and to help them access community resources. Youth work on individual goals in areas such as education, housing, transition to adulthood, coping and life skills, employment, and increasing positive connections. One-to-one support and individualized parent education is also available to parents and caregivers of youth aged 13 - 18.
