Provides counselling services for women who have experienced sexual assault, relationship violence and or childhood abuse. Services are based on the needs of individual women and are provided in an accessible, safe and supportive environment. The program offers individual counselling as well as group counselling to encourage peer support. Topic areas include coping skills, strengthening self-confidence and self-worth, healthy relationship choices, and understanding dynamics of abuse.
