Offers intervention and support services for youth and young adults with substance use and mental health challenges. A prevention worker works directly with youth, supporting them with their physical, mental, social, spiritual, and environmental life areas. Support goes beyond stopping use or behaviours; includes helping youth build healthier relationships with themselves, others, and the world around them. The program includes one-on-one support, recreation and physical activities, life-skills coaching, and peer support.
